Researches have named today as ‘the most depressing day of the year’, so this is a quick post to encourage all of those that suffer from seasonal affective disorder (SAD). According to the NHS Website SAD is described as ‘a type of depression that comes and goes in a seasonal pattern.’ This effects so many people and the winter time can be tough, so if you want to find out more about SAD, click here.
Sometime’s I feel that this disorder is not always taken seriously and it can be disheartening and difficult for those that struggle with SAD, so I am sending a big shout out and lots of love to all of those holding on for the summer. x
As we can all benefit from a little more light in winter, I recently attended the Lumiere event in London. Lumiere is a free light festival, with artistic light installations throughout the city. It was lovely to go and see and it provided a little bit of excitement and positivity for everyone.
